Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Please choose your item/s with care. Once payment for an order has been received we cannot cancel your order. 

Due to the nature of our business, each item is individually created for your order, therefore we do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrectly ordered sizing/design or purchaser’s change of mind.

We will, of course, happily replace or refund any item which has a defect or is incorrect as per the order you have placed. 

We also offer a refund if we are, for any reason, unable to process your order within 3 - 5 working days.
